The last two months we have examined the loving work of God for our salvation. Now we turn our attention to how we will respond to that call. Will we live a life that is worthy of the calling? Tune in as we take our first glance at some of the ways we can honor God with our lives in light of what he has done.

Passage: Ephesians 4:1-16

Paul continues his letter by praying for his audience, that they would more intimately know their Savior, Jesus. As we consider what it means to draw near to Jesus Pastor Chris reminds us of the importance of our posture, our position to the Father, Christ's presence, and the Spirit's power.

Passage: Ephesians 3:14-21

Last week we saw that God made peace between two racial groups, the Jews and the Gentiles, through the sacrifice of Jesus. In light of that union, where do we see our cultural identity fit in the scope of God's people? This passage shows us that the wisdom of God is made all the more brilliant through the diversity of his children.

We live in a fractured world. What does the gospel have to say about how we carry ourselves in our relationships with others? Pastor Chris discusses the ramifications of the gospel as a means to tear down obstacles to peace in our churches today.

Passage: Ephesians 2:11-22

We draw to likely the most memorable passage in Ephesians, reminding us that we are saved by grace, not by our works. But what is it that we are saved from? Tune in as Pastor Chris walks us through the passage which describes us as dead to our sins, and the great grace of God which he lavished upon us.

Tune in as we continue our sermon series through the book of Ephesians. How is our spiritual vision? In this passage Paul prays that the eyes of our heart would be enlightened to what God is doing around us. Pastor Chris provides some corrective lenses to help us see the reality of God a bit more clearly.

When we struggle to obey God, one cause is a lack of intimacy with him. We fail to recognize the way that he loves us and has blessed us. In this passage Pastor Chris looks at some of the blessings that are ours in Christ.

Tune in as we kick off our new sermon series through the book of Ephesians. This series will look at the mighty work of God in our lives, and the mantle we can take up to live worthy of that calling. In this installment, Pastor Chris looks at the greeting of Paul. The same work and will of God which called and empowered Paul, is at work in the lives of each one of us.

Passage: Ephesians 1:1-2

We continue with question 15 of the New City Catechism which seeks to answer the question, if no one can keep the law, why do we have it? Pastor Chris explains how the law tells us about God, tells us about ourselves, namely our need for a Savior, and instructs us how to live the abundant life God desires for us.

As Paul prepares to depart the Ephesian elders, he gives them some closing thoughts. As this man planted the church, he wanted to invest in them once more, giving a message in the Lord for them to hold onto.
